TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Het European Volunteer Centre, het Europees Jongerenforum, de Association of Voluntary Service Organisations, de World Scouts Movement, het Rode Kruis/Afdeling Europese Unie, Volonteurope, AGE, Solidar, Caritas Europa, ENGAGE, Johanniter International, de European Non-Governmental Sports Organisation en anderen – die elk duizenden organisaties met miljoenen vrijwilligers vertegenwoordigen – hebben de Europese instellingen opgeroepen 2011 uit te roepen tot Europees jaar van de vrijwilligers.
L’European Volunteer Centre, le Forum européen des jeunes, l’Association of Voluntary Service Organisations, le mouvement mondial des scouts, la Croix-Rouge/Département Union européenne, Volonteurope, AGE, Solidar, Caritas Europa, ENGAGE, Johanniter International, de European Non-Governmental Sports Organisation et autres – qui représentent chacun des milliers d’organisations et des millions de bénévoles – ont appelé les institutions européennes à proclamer 2011 année européenne du bénévolat.

Artikel 1. Een facultatieve toelage van 25 000 USD aan te rekenen op het krediet voorzien bij de basisallocatie 55.11.35.53 van de begroting van de Federale Overheidsdienst Volksgezondheid, Veiligheid van de Voedselketen en Leefmilieu, voor het begrotingsjaar 2007, wordt toegekend aan de Universiteit van de Verenigde Naties (Institute of Advanced Studies), met zetel op het International Organisations Centre, 6F Pacifico-Yokahama, 1-1-1 Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama 220-0012, Japan, en vertegenwoordigd door Professor A.H. Zakri, Directeur, als tegemoetkoming in de werkingskosten van de organisatie, teweeggebracht door de in artikel 3, § 2, vermelde taken.
Article 1. Une subvention facultative de 25 000 USD à imputer au crédit prévu à l'allocation de base 55.11.35.53 du budget du Service public fédéral Santé publique, Sécurité de la Chaîne alimentaire et Environnement pour l'année budgétaire 2007, est accordée à l'Université des Nations unies (Institute of Advanced Studies), ayant son siège au International Organisations Centre, 6F Pacifico-Yokahama, 1-1-1 Minato Mirai, Nishi-ku, Yokohama 220-0012, Japan et représentée par le Professeur A.H. Zakri, Directeur, à titre d'intervention dans les frais inhérents au fonctionnement de l'organisation, occasionnés par les tâches mentionnées à l'article 3, § 2.

D. considérant que le Centre européen du volontariat, le Forum européen de la jeunesse, l'Association des organisations de service volontaire, l'Organisation mondiale du mouvement scout, le Bureau Croix rouge/Union européenne, Volonteurope, la Plateforme européenne des personnes âgées (AGE), Solidar, Caritas Europa, ENGAGE, Johanniter International, l'Organisation européenne non gouvernementale des sports et autres associations – qui, ensemble, représentent des milliers d'organisations dans lesquelles des millions de bénévoles sont engagés – ont appelé les institutions de l'Union à déclarer 2011 "Année européenne du bénévolat",
