Deze specifieke bekwaamheid moet blijken uit ofwel een diploma in de tropische geneeskunde van een erkende Europese school, ofwel uit een Certificaat in de Reisgeneeskunde (Certificate in Travel Medicine) dat deel uitmaakt van het programma voor voortgezette beroepsontwikkeling in de reisgeneeskunde (Travel Medicine Continuing Professional Development Program) dat wordt georganiseerd door de Internationale Vereniging voor Reisgeneeskunde (International Society of Travel Medicine).
Cette compétence spécifique sera attestée soit par un diplôme de médecine tropicale d'une école européenne reconnue, soit par le Certificat de Médecine du Voyage (Certificate in Travel Medicine) inclus dans le programme de développement professionnel continu de médecine du voyage (Travel Medicine Continuing Professional Development Program) organisé par la Société Internationale de Médecine du Voyage (International Society of Travel Medicine).

Lors de cette audition, qui a eu lieu le 26 juin 2012, la commission a pu entendre les intervenants suivants: M. Marc Maes, collaborateur Politique commerciale européenne 11.11.11, M. As stated in the June 2003 conclusions of the European Council (Greek Presidency), and following the war, the adoption of UNSC Resolution 1483 demonstrates a new spirit of co-operation within the international community and provides the basis for effective international support for Iraq's political transition as the international community is facing the emergency of actively supporting the restoration of political authority in the failed state of Iraq - where increased insecurity, acts of terrorism and violations of human rihgts have been constant over the last months, leaving behind thousands of casualties, both military and civilians- and of fostering economic and social prosperity in a deliquescent Iraqi society.
