Art. 21. De organisatie stelt de studies, rapporten en evaluaties die voortvloeien uit het programma, het project, de bijdrage aan de algemene middelen van de internationale humanitaire organisatie of de bijdrage aan het internationaal humanitair donorfonds ter beschikking van het publiek, zoals bepaald in de subsidieovereenkomst, de kennisgeving van de toekenning van een bijdrage aan de algemene middelen van een internationale humanitaire organisatie of van de toekenning van een bijdrage aan een internationaal humanitair donorfonds, tenzij een dergelijke publiciteit de uitvoering van een neutrale en onpartijdige humanitaire actie in gevaar brengt, of negatieve gevolgen heeft voor de toegang tot slachtoffers of de veiligheid van de organisatie.
Art. 21. L'organisation met les études, rapports et évaluations découlant du programme, du projet, de la contribution aux moyens généraux de l'organisation humanitaire internationale ou de la contribution au fonds humanitaire international de donateurs à disposition du public, comme défini dans la convention de subvention, la notification de l'octroi d'une contribution aux moyens généraux d'une organisation humanitaire internationale ou de l'octroi d'une contribution à un fonds humanitaire international de donateurs, à moins qu'une telle publicité compromette la mise en oeuvre d'une action humanitaire impartiale, neutre et indépendante ou ait un impact négatif sur l'accès aux victimes ou sur la sécurité de l'organisation.
