Il y a bien un accord politique sur la possibilité d'une exception dans des circonstances spécifiques : " Les États membres peuvent accorder des dérogations aux mesures visées au paragraphe 1 lorsque le déplacement d'une personne se justifie pour des raisons humanitaires urgentes ou, exceptionnellement, lorsque la personne se déplace pour assister à des réunions intergouvernementales et à des réunions dont l'initiative a été prise par l'Union européenne ou qui sont organisées par celle-ci, lorsqu'il y est mené un dialogue politique visant directement à promouvoir les objectifs politiques ou des mesures restrictives, y compris la démocratie, les droits de l'homme et l'état de droit au Zimbabwe".

Wat betreft de formuleringshulpstoffen heeft de Commissie in haar voorstel het volgende voorzien: - Enerzijds bevat het voorstel tot vernieuwing van de goedkeuring een bepaling waarbij de POE-tallowamine verboden wordt als bestanddeel van glyfosaat bevattende gewasbeschermingsmiddelen; - Anderzijds heeft de Commissie in haar review report, waarin de context van de vernieuwing van de goedkeuring wordt geschetst en waarnaar wordt verwezen in de Verordening tot vernieuwing van de goedkeuring, het volgende opgenomen: "Member States shall ensure that the genotoxic potential of formulations containing glyphosate is addressed before granting authorisations for plant protection products containing glyphosate".

La pratique de la scintigraphie osseuse soulève les problèmes suivants: - lors d'une interception, la police doit attendre trop longtemps la réponse de l'OE et du service des Tutelles; - la minorité de certaines personnes donne lieu à de nombreuses discussions entre le service des Tutelles et l'OE; - les informations apportées par l'OE ne sont pas prises en considération par le service des Tutelles dans la décision d'identification; - la réouverture d'un dossier par le service des Tutelles est très difficile même si l'OE apporte des éléments objectifs; - le délai de décision est beaucoup trop long, les dossiers de type "Dublin" posent problème, le délai de transfert est dépassé et le dossier d'asile de la personne majeure doit dès lors encore être traité en Belgique malgré tout; - les MENA sont confrontés à des problèmes dus aux inconhérences qui apparaissent entre le registre national et l'identification par le service des Tutelles: pour leur inscription scolaire, pour l'ouverture d'un compte bancaire, etc. Dans le rapport du Réseau Européen des Migrations (REM) sur les "Politiques, pratiques et données sur les mineurs non accompagnés dans les États membres de l'UE et en Norvège" (Policies, practices and data on unaccompanied minors in the EU Member States and Norway, Synthesis Report, May 2015"), certaines bonnes pratiques de la Belgique en matière de MENA sont décrites.

Any member state may, however, conclude an arrangement with the Council acting on behalf of the Organization whereby such member state will employ and assign to the Organization all of its nationals (except, if such member state so desires, any not ordinarily resident within its territory) who are to serve on the International Staff of the Organization and pay the salaries and emoluments of such persons from its own funds at a scale fixed by it. The salaries and emoluments so paid may be taxed by such member state but shall be exempt from taxation by any other member state.
Toutefois, un État membre pourra conclure avec le Conseil, agissant au nom de l'Organisation, des arrangements permettant audit État membre de recruter et d'affecter à l'Organisation ses propres ressortissants (exception faite, si cet État membre le désire, de tout ressortissant ne résidant pas habituellement sur son territoire), devant faire partie du personnel international de l'Organisation.
