Vertaling van "ministry of justice " (Nederlands → Frans) :

Doel van dit amendement is te bepalen dat de IVZW rechtspersoonlijkheid verkrijgt vanaf de datum van het koninklijk besluit. Dit sluit aan bij de rechtsleer terzake (zie D. Lontings, L'association internationale sans but lucratif, RDAI, 1994, nr. 5, blz. 606-607; D. Lontings, « The practice of the Ministry of Justice regarding international non-profit associations », in Driekwart eeuw internationale vereniging in België en haar alternatieven, Mys & Breesch, 1996, blz. 16-18).
L'objectif du présent amendement, qui s'aligne à la doctrine en la matière (voir D. Lontings, L'association internationale sans but lucratif, RDAI, 1994, nº 5, pp. 606-607; D. Lontings, « The practice of the Ministry of Justice regarding international non-profit associations », dans « Driekwart eeuw internationale vereniging in België en haar alternatieven », Mys & Breesch, 1996, pp. 16-18), est de souligner que la personnalité juridique est acquise par l'AISBL à la suite de l'arrêté royal intervenu.

e. Clearly define the institutional provision of sufficient resources in order to consider establishment of a public integrity unit within the Ministry of Justice to devote the appropriate resources to the investigation and prosecution of criminal violations by parliamentarians and their staff;
e) à définir clairement des dispositions institutionnelles prévoyant la fourniture de ressources suffisantes pour envisager de mettre en place, au sein du ministère de la justice, une unité de l'intégrité publique chargée de consacrer les ressources appropriées à l'investigation et à la poursuite des infractions pénales commises par des parlementaires et des membres de leur personnel;

Een uitsluiting van deze bescherming kan slechts worden aanvaard indien de verhouding die rechters met het Ministry of Justice verbindt, naar de aard ervan wezenlijk anders is dan die welke werkers die naar nationaal recht in de categorie werknemers vallen, aan hun werkgevers bindt.
Une exclusion du bénéfice de cette protection ne saurait être admise que si la relation qui unit les juges au Ministry of Justice est, de par sa nature, substantiellement différente de celle qui lie à leurs employeurs les employés relevant, selon le droit national, de la catégorie des travailleurs.
