Nu GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) en UMTS (Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) hun intrede hebben gedaan op de automobielmarkt, ziet de toekomst voor mobiele, locatieafhankelijke diensten er aanmerkelijk gunstiger uit.
À mesure que le service général de radiocommunication en mode paquet (GPRS) et le système universel de télécommunications mobiles (UMTS) pénètrent le marché automobile, les perspectives en matière de services mobiles à localisation deviennent nettement plus encourageantes.

Op 21 december 2012 heeft de Commissie een mededeling van punten van bezwaar vastgesteld. Daarin kwam zij tot de voorlopige conclusie dat het feit dat Samsung bij rechtbanken van verscheidene lidstaten zonder enige objectieve rechtvaardiging tegen Apple Inc (hierna „Apple” genoemd) een voorlopig en definitief inbreukverbod had gevorderd voor haar octrooien voor gestandaardiseerde technologie (hierna „essentiële octrooien” genoemd) voor de Universal Mobile Telecommunications Service of UMTS-technologie, bezwaren deed rijzen op grond van artikel 102 VWEU en artikel 54 van de EER-overeenkomst.
Le 21 décembre 2012, la Commission a adopté une communication des griefs dans laquelle elle estimait, à titre préliminaire, que l’introduction par Samsung, sans aucune justification objective, d’injonctions de cessation à titre préliminaire et permanent contre Apple Inc (ci-après «Apple») devant les juridictions de différents États membres et fondées sur ses brevets essentiels pour la norme liée à la technologie UMTS (système universel de télécommunications mobiles) suscitait des préoccupations au regard de l’article 102 TFUE et de l’article 54 de l’accord EEE.

i) Goedkeuring en, voor zover als nodig, bekrachtiging overeenkomstig artikel 556 van het Wetboek van Vennootschappen van artikel 36 van Bijlage I aan de overeenkomst ''Framework contract for the provision of mobile telecommunication services N° Proc/0052/14'' aangegaan op 21 januari 2015 tussen de vennootschap en de ''Special Investigative Task Force (SITF)''.
i) Approbation et, pour autant que de besoin, ratification de l'article 36 de l'Annexe I au Framework contract for the provision of mobile telecommunication services N° Proc/0052/14 conclu le 21 janvier 2015 entre la société et la Special Investigative Task Force (SITF), conformément à l'article 556 du Code des sociétés.

Voorstel tot besluit nr. 7 : `Overeenkomstig artikel 556 van het Wetboek van Vennootschappen verleent de algemene vergadering goedkeuring aan en bekrachtigt zij voor zover als nodig het artikel 36 van Bijlage I aan de overeenkomst ''Framework contract for the provision of mobile telecommunication services N° Proc/0052/14'' aangegaan op 21 januari 2015 tussen de vennootschap en de ''Special Investigative Task Force (SITF)'''.
Proposition de décision n° 7 : `Conformément à l'article 556 du Code des sociétés, l'assemblée générale approuve et, pour autant que de besoin, ratifie l'article 36 de l'Annexe I au Framework contract for the provision of mobile telecommunication services N° Proc/0052/14 conclu le 21 janvier 2015 entre la société et la Special Investigative Task Force (SITF) '.
