3° de rechthebbende heeft minstens 4 cycli adjuvante en/of neoadjuvante chemotherapie gekregen conform de als standaardtherapie erkende chemotherapieschema's evenals een adjuvante radiotherapie indien nodig, maximum 6 maanden vooraf;
3° la bénéficiaire a subi au moins 4 cycles de traitements chimiothérapiques adjuvants et/ou néo adjuvants conformes aux régimes de chimiothérapie reconnus comme standards ainsi qu'une radiothérapie adjuvante si nécessaire, maximum 6 mois auparavant;
