Vertaling van "ondersteuning van tematea national capacity building " (Nederlands → Frans) :

Artikel 1. Een bedrag van euro 20.000 (twintigduizend euro) aan te rekenen ten laste van de basisallocatie 55.11.35.53.09 (Programma 25.55.1) van de begroting van de FOD Volksgezondheid, Veiligheid van de Voedselketen en Leefmilieu voor het begrotingsjaar 2008 uitgetrokken krediet, wordt aan het secretariaat van de Wereldunie voor Natuurbehoud verleend als federale Belgische bijdrage voor de periode van 15 november 2008 tot 14 november 2009 ter ondersteuning van TEMATEA National Capacity Building Workshops (NCBW), en zal gestort worden op het volgende rekeningnummer :
Article 1. Un montant de euro 20.000 (vingt mille euros) à imputer à charge du crédit inscrit à l'allocation de base 55.11.35.53.09 (Programme 25.55.1) du budget du SPF Santé publique, Sécurité de la Chaîne alimentaire et Environnement pour l'année budgétaire 2008, est alloué au secrétariat de l'Union mondiale pour la nature à titre de contribution fédérale belge pour la période du 15 novembre 2008 jusqu'au 14 novembre 2009 en support de TEMATEA National capacity Building Workshops (NCBW), et sera versé au compte suivant :

53. verwelkomt de oprichting van het Kenniscentrum voor administratieve capaciteitsopbouw (Competence Centre for administrative capacity building) ter ondersteuning van overheidsdiensten die verantwoordelijk zijn voor het beheer van het EFRO en de cohesiefondsen, en de invoering van het actieplan op het gebied van overheidsopdrachten door het Kenniscentrum in samenwerking met de bevoegde diensten van de Commissie; verzoekt de Commissie echter verslag uit te brengen van de tot nu toe bereikte concrete resultaten voortvloeiend uit de activiteiten van het centrum en de uitvoering van bovengenoemd actieplan;
53. salue la création du centre de compétences pour le renforcement des capacités administratives, destiné à apporter un appui aux administrations publiques chargées de gérer le FEDER et le Fonds de cohésion, ainsi que l'application du plan d'action sur les marchés publics élaboré par le centre de compétences en collaboration avec les services compétents de la Commission; demande cependant que la Commission fasse rapport sur les résultats concrets obtenus jusqu'à présent grâce aux activités du centre et à la mise en œuvre du plan susmentionné;

Overwegende dat de steun van België van fundamenteel belang is om, via het financiële mechanisme van " capacity building », een deel van het globale project voor het herstellen van een duurzaam evenwicht in het National Park van Virunga te kunnen verwezenlijken;
Considérant que le soutien de la Belgique est fondamental pour pouvoir concrétiser, par le biais du mécanisme financier de " capacity building », une partie du projet global de restauration d'un équilibre durable dans le parc national des Virunga;

26. Recommends that the OSCE Mission in Kosovo monitor and report in a timely, regular, public and unbiased manner on progress achieved and on human rights violations still needing to be addressed, and that it support capacity-building for nongovernmental and unbiased human rights monitors in Kosovo to ensure long-term monitoring of national justice and human rights in Kosovo;
26. Recommande que la Mission de l'OSCE au Kosovo suive les progrès accomplis en ce qui concerne les problèmes encore non résolus de violations des droits de l'homme, qu'elle en rende compte en temps utile, régulièrement, publiquement et sans parti pris et qu'elle apporte son soutien au renforcement des capacités d'observateurs non gouvernementaux et impartiaux de la situation en matière de droits de l'homme au Kosovo afin d'assurer un suivi à long terme de la justice nationale et des droits de l'homme au Kosovo;

Voor de DRC werden de volgende projecten gefinancierd: - National Adaptation Programme of Action (NAPA) - Building the Capacity of the Agriculture Sector in DR Congo to Plan for and Respond to the Additional Threats Posed by Climate Change on Food Production and Security - Improving Women and Children's Resilience and Capacity to Adapt to Climate Change in the Democratic Republic of the Congo - Resilience of Muanda Communities from Coastal Erosion, Democratic Republic of Congo - Strengthening Hydro-Meteorological and Climate Service. 6. Via het studie- en expertisefonds, kunnen de Congolese overheden dossiers indienen op het vlak van klimaatverandering.
