10. The Commission and ESA will propose to the Member States by 2008 a coordination mechanism covering all programmes , to operate in close coordination with EUMETSAT and other relevant entities, with a view to reinforcing and regularly updating the European Space Programme.
10. D'ici 2008, la Commission et l'ESA proposeront aux États membres un mécanisme de coordination de l'ensemble des programmes , qui leur permettra de travailler, en étroite coordination avec EUMETSAT et d'autres entités appropriées, au renforcement et à l'actualisation continus du programme spatial européen.
