Slechts een beperkt aantal infrastructuurprojecten in Europa zal in de opstartfase subsidies nodig hebben, verleend door het financieringsinstrument Connecting Europe (Connecting Europe Facility - CEF).
En Europe, un petit nombre seulement de projets d’infrastructure auront besoin, pour se concrétiser, de subventions au titre du mécanisme pour l’interconnexion en Europe (MIE).
