We, Parliamentarians of the OSCE participating States, have met in annual session in Brussels on 3-7 July 2006 as the Parliamentary dimension of the OSCE to assess developments and challenges relating to security and cooperation, in particular on strengthening human security in the OSCE region, and we offer the following views to the OSCE ministers.

I would also remind you that there is a much easier possibility, which is to use what we call de minimis state aid, which means that Member States can pay farmers, with the new changes that have taken place, EUR 6 000 and you can do that every three years.
J’aimerais aussi vous rappeler qu’existe une possibilité bien plus simple, celle d’utiliser ce que nous appelons l’aide d’État de minimis , aux termes de laquelle les États membres peuvent verser aux agriculteurs, suite aux nouveaux changements mis en place, 6 000 EUR, ce qui peut être fait tous les trois ans.
