En juin 2014, la Réunion des Parties a adopté la décision VI/7 sur l'application de la Convention aux activités liées à l'énergie nucléaire ainsi qu'une déclaration dont la partie A concerne l'« Application de la Convention et du Protocole aux questions relatives à l'énergie nucléaire » (ECE/MP.EIA/20Add.3-ECE/MP.EIA/SEA/4/Add.3, pp. 38-39); cette Déclaration contient notamment les points suivants :
