12. Takes into account the major role of the parliaments in creation of political climate for conflict prevention and settlement, amongst others by developing democracy and protection of Human Rights, and underlines the need to enhance activities of the OSCE PA and to elaborate respective mechanisms, facilitating prevention of conflicts, peaceful and political management of crises and post conflict rehabilitation and also strengthening of peace and stability in region;
12. Compte tenu du fait que les Parlements contribuent pour une très large part à créer un climat politique propice à la prévention et au règlement des conflits, notamment en développant la démocratie et la protection des droits de l'homme, souligne la nécessité d'intensifier les activités de l'Assemblée parlementaire de l'OSCE et d'élaborer des mécanismes pertinents de nature à faciliter la prévention des conflits, la gestion pacifique et politique des crises et le relèvement après un conflit, ainsi que le renforcement de la paix et de la stabilité dans la région;
