In antwoord van 17 december 2015 op mijn vraag nr. 262 van 1 september 2015 (Vragen en Antwoorden, Kamer, 2015-2016, nr. 55 van 21 december 2015, blz. 410 tot 411) deelde u mee dat het Frontexproject Flexible Operational Activities Land 2015 (South Eastern Operational Area - EL and BG), dat tot doel heeft de operationele activiteiten aan de EU-buitengrenzen te coördineren om de irreguliere migratiestromen en grensoverschrijdende misdaad aan te pakken, op 4 februari 2015 van start is gegaan, en dat Frontex zich meer specifiek richt op het verschaffen van technische middelen en opleidingen van personeel uit de 24 lidstaten.
En réponse du 17 décembre 2015 à ma question n° 262 du 1er septembre 2015 (Questions et Réponses, Chambre, 2015-2016, n° 55 du 21 décembre 2015, pages 410 à 411), vous mentionnez la mise en place depuis le 4 février 2015, du projet de Frontex baptisé "Flexible Operational Activities Land 2015 (South Eastern Operational Area - EL and BG)", dont l'objectif est de coordonner les activités opérationnelles menées aux frontières extérieures de l'UE pour faire face aux flux migratoires irréguliers et à la criminalité transfrontalière.

De Verenigde Naties zijn eveneens ter plaatse aanwezig via het Bureau voor de coördinatie van humanitaire zaken (OCHA) alsook via het Wereldvoedselprogramma. De Belgische humanitaire hulp heeft een bijdrage toegekend aan het Common Humanitarian Fund Zuid-Soedan (nieuwe benaming Country-based Pooled Fund) - OCHA voor een totaalbedrag van 4 miljoen euro aan vastleggingskredieten (2015 en 2016). België heeft bovendien een humanitair project van Tearfund gefinancierd voor een totaalbedrag van 1.705.275 euro voor het project Multi-sector assistance to IDP's, vulnerable host communities and refugees in South Sudan through the provision of emergency health, nutrition and WASH services.

En ce qui concerne l'aide humanitaire belge, une contribution a été effectuée au CHF Soudan du Sud (nouvellement intitulé Country Based Pooled Fund) - OCHA pour un montant total en crédits d'engagement de 4 millions d'euros (2015 et 2016.)
