Bij het Federaal Kenniscentrum voor de Gezondheidszorg (KCE) wordt daarover een studie uitgevoerd : in de « health technology assessment (HTA) zullen de klinische efficiëntie, de kosteneffectiviteit, de knelpunten in verband met de patiënten en de organisatorische aspecten van de POC-monitoring (point of care dat wil zeggen « aan bed van de patiënt ») van de anticoagulantiabehandeling worden bestudeerd.
Une étude est également en cours au Centre fédéral d'expertise des soins de santé (KCE) à ce sujet : « le health technology assessment (HTA) examinera l'efficacité clinique, le rapport coût-efficacité, les questions liées aux patients et les aspects organisationnels du monitoring POC (point of care c'est-à-dire « au lit du patient ») du traitement anticoagulant.
