Instructs the President of the Assembly to forward this recommendation to the Co-presidency of the « the Barcelona Process : Union for the Mediterranean » and its Secretary General, to the Speaker of parliaments and governments of member countries of « the Barcelona Process : Union for the Mediterranean », to the Euro- Mediterranean ministerial Conference of Foreign affairs, to the Presidency of the European Union, to the European Parliament, to the European Commission, as well as to all the institutions concerned.

Charge le Président de l'Assemblée de transmettre la présente recommandation à la Co- présidence du « Processus de Barcelone: Union Pour la Méditerranée » et son Secrétaire Général, aux Présidents des Parlements et aux gouvernements des pays membres au « Processus du Barcelone: Union Pour la Méditerranée », à la Conférence Euro- Méditerranéenne des ministres des Affaires Etrangères, à la Présidence de l'Union Européenne, au Parlement Européen, à la Commission Européenne, et à toutes les institutions concernées.

Instructs its President to forward this recommendation to the Speakers of Parliaments members to the Barcelona Process, to the Euro-Mediterranean ministerial Conference, to the European Commission, to the Governments of the countries members to the Barcelona Process as well as to the institutions concerned.

Shares the proposal of the Commission of strengthening the relations with our Mediterranean partners at political level, by organising, every two years, summit meetings in the frame of the Barcelona Process:is ingenomen met het Commissievoorstel de betrekkingen met onze mediterrane partners op politiek niveau te verstevigen door om het jaar topbijeenkomsten in het kader van het proces van Barcelona: Unie voor het Middellandse-zeegebied, te organiseren met als einddoel de aanneming van politieke verklaringen en besluiten over omvangrijke programma's en projecten die op regionaal niveau moeten worden ontwikkeld;
8. accueille favorablement la proposition de la Commission de renforcer les relations avec nos partenaires méditerranéens au niveau politique, par l'organisation, tous les deux ans, de sommets dans le cadre du processus de Barcelone: Une Union pour la Méditerranée, visant à l'adoption de déclarations politiques et de décisions sur les principaux programmes et projets à développer au niveau régional;
