b) De groep heeft niet de bevoegdheid, rechtstreeks of onrechtstreeks, contracten te sluiten met het oog op de handel in tin of in andere goederen of producten, of enig contract voor toekomstige transacties; noch zal hij de bevoegdheid hebben om voor dergelijke doeleinden financiële verplichtingen aan te gaan.
