Het Comité begrijpt wel dat de Commissie alle kinderen van ouders die niet uit het gastland afkomstig zijn in haar voorstel opneemt, omdat zij immers stuk voor stuk specifieke aandacht nodig hebben.
Le CESE comprend l’approche de la Commission consistant à englober dans ses préoccupations tous les enfants qui n’ont pas la nationalité du pays d’accueil car ils ont tous besoin d’un soutien spécifique.
