Met toepassing van artikel 12, 1° van de wet van 19 december 2006 betreffende de exploitatieveiligheid van de spoorwegen heeft de Dienst Veiligheid en Interoperabiliteit van de Spoorwegen, Vooruitgangstraat 56 te 1210 Brussel, op 1 maart 2007 de toelating tot ingebreuikneming van het subsysteem rollend materieel « Hydraulische diesellocomotief Type G2000-3 - Versie B/Nl » (locomotieven nrs. 5001615 en 5001616) gegeven aan de maatschappij Vossloh Locomotives GmbH, Postfach 9293 à D-24152 Kiel (Duitsland).
Par application de l'article 12, 1° de la loi du 19 décembre 2006 relative à la sécurité d'exploitation ferroviaire, le Service de Sécurité et d'Interopérabilité des Chemins de Fer, rue du Progrès 56, à 1210 Bruxelles, a autorisé, en date du 1 mars 2007, la mise en service du sous-système matériel roulant « Locomotive diesel hydraulique Type G2000-3 - Version B/Nl » (locomotives n 5001615 et 5001616) » à la société Vossloh Locomotives GmbH, Postfach 9293, à D-24152 Kiel (Allemagne).

Overwegende dat de Maatschappij Vossloh Locomotives GmbH Kiel de toelating vraagt om het subsysteem rollend materieel « Locomotief diesel hydraulisch Type G 2000-3 variante D / B / NL » op het Infrabel spoorwegnet in gebruik te nemen;
Considérant que la Société Vossloh Locomotives GmbH Kiel demande la mise en service du sous-système matériel roulant « Locomotive diesel hydraulique Type G 2000-3 variante D / B / NL » sur le réseau Infrabel;

Overwegende dat het technische dossier, ingediend door de Maatschappij Vossloh Locomotives GmbH Kiel ter ondersteuning van haar aanvraag, volledig is en werd onderzocht door Belgorail, de aangemelde instantie belast met de uitvoering van de verificatie van de nationale reglementering;
Considérant que le dossier technique transmis par la Société Vossloh Locomotives GmbH Kiel à l'appui de sa demande est complet et a été examiné par Belgorail, organisme désigné pour la vérification des règles nationales;
