5. A manufacturer who produces a quantity of sugar lower than the basic quota from beet for which he signed pre-sowing delivery contracts in accordance with the first part of Article 30 (1) of Regulation No 1009/67/EEC and (a) thereof shall distribute among the sellers with whom he signed pre-sowing delivery contracts within the meaning of the first part of the above-mentioned Article 30 (1) and (a) and (b) thereof the quantity of beet which corresponds to any additional production up to the amount of his basic quota.
5. Dans le cas où le fabricant produit une quantité de sucre inférieure à son quota de base à partir des betteraves pour lesquelles il avait conclu avant les ensemencements des contrats selon les dispositions de l'article 30 paragraphe 1 in limine et sous a) du règlement nº 1009/67/CEE, il est obligé de répartir entre des vendeurs avec lesquels il avait conclu avant les ensemencements un contrat de livraison au sens dudit article 30 paragraphe 1 in limine et sous a) et b) la quantité de betteraves qui correspond à sa production supplémentaire éventuelle jusqu'à concurrence de son quota de base.
