Whereas, pursuant to section 5.5Footnote of the Aeronautics Act, a copy of the proposed Regulations respecting zoning at Stratford Municipal Airport, substantially in the form annexed hereto, was published in two successive issues of the Canada Gazette Part I, on June 24 and July 1, 1995, and in two successive issues of the Stratford Beacon Herald on June 28 and 29, 1995, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect thereto;
Attendu que, conformément à l’article 5.5Note de bas de page de la Loi sur l’aéronautique, le projet de Règlement de zonage concernant l’aéroport municipal de Stratford, conforme en substance au texte ci-après, a été publié dans deux numéros successifs de la Gazette du Canada Partie I les 24 juin et 1 juillet 1995, ainsi que dans deux numéros successifs du Stratford Beacon Herald les 28 et 29 juin 1995, et que les intéressés ont ainsi eu toute possibilité de présenter au ministre des Transports leurs observations à cet égard,
