The issue that bothers me, quite frankly, is that if we start allocating funds—and there are recommendations for allocations—and we do what the government has done in every single other area, not increase the budget for that—and there's no discussion here that the budget should be increased—then you're taking that big block of funding and you lose your crossover from funding allocations in the other areas, whether that's the Halifax area, the Charlottetown area, or the Moncton area.
