Regulation (EC) No 2392/86 and Chapters I and II of Title V, Title VI, Articles 24 and 80 and the corresponding provisions in particular in the relevant Annexes to Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 shall continue to apply until the corresponding Chapters of this Regulation start to apply in accordance with Article 129(2)(e).

For the purposes of applying Title II of the Regulation, a person regarded as an employed person within the meaning of the 1964 Wage Tax Act and who is insured on this basis for national insurance, is considered to be pursuing activities in paid employment’.
