TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Health Canada is proposing these amendments for two purposes: to address concerns expressed by the Standing Joint Committee of the Senate and the House of Commons for the Scrutiny of Regulations regarding an administrative process for issuance of interim marketing authorizations established by the regulations; and to ensure that the very important and beneficial notice of interim marketing authorization mechanisms can continue to be used by Health Canada to accelerate the introduction of some new and safe food products to Canadian consumers.
