If the contract is terminated pursuant to point (b) of paragraph 2, the organiser shall refund all payments received from the traveller within 14 days of the termination of the contract, including payments for ancillary services booked through the organiser, such as travel insurance, cancellation insurance or additional activities on the spot booked in advance .
