By way of derogation from the second subparagraph, in the case referred to in Article 34 the home Member State's competent authorities shall communicate the amount and composition of own funds of the financial institution and the total risk exposure amounts calculated in accordance with Article 92(3) and (4) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the credit institution which is its parent undertaking.

With regard to the administrative and operating costs associated with the setting-up and operation of the Eurodac central unit, Switzerland shall make a contribution to the general budget of the European Communities amounting to 7,286 % of an initial reference amount of EUR 11 675 000 and, from the 2004 financial year, an annual contribution amounting to 7,286 % of the corresponding budgetary appropriations for the financial year in question.

By letter of 14 January 2004 the Council consulted Parliament, pursuant to Article 7 of the European Atomic Energy Community Treaty, on the proposal for amending the financial reference amount – within the meaning of the interinstitutional agreement of 6 May 1999, Article 34(3) - of the sixth framework programme of the european atomic energy community (euratom), in order to take account of enlargement (COM(2003) 778 – 2003/0298(CNS)).

Member States shall calculate the number of hectares to be included in calculation of the reference amounts proportionately to the number of tonnes of dried fodder produced for which the aid provided for in Article 3 of Regulation (EC) No 603/95 has been granted, respectively, in each year of the reference period, and within the limits of a base area to be fixed by the Commission on the basis of the number of hectares, covered by a cultivation contract or a declaration of areas in the reference period, communicated by Member States.
Les États membres calculent le nombre d'hectares à inclure dans le calcul des montants de référence proportionnellement au nombre de tonnes de fourrages séchés produits pour lequel l'aide prévue à l'article 3 du règlement (CE) n° 603/95 a été accordée, pour chaque année de la période de référence respectivement, dans les limites d'une superficie de base à déterminer par la Commission sur la base du nombre d'hectares communiqué par les États membres et couvert par un contrat de culture ou une déclaration des superficies durant la période de référence.

The financial reference amount for the implementation of the Community activities referred to in this Decision for the period 1 January 2001 to 31 December 2005 shall be Euro 55 million.
