The TENs Regulation does not allow the same phase of a single project to be financed both by the TENs budget and from other Community sources but, in some cases, feasibility studies financed through the TENs budget may be followed by support from the ERDF and the EIB for the (part-) financing mainly of construction works for the actual investment.
Le règlement RTE n'autorise pas le financement d'une même phase d'un même projet à la fois par le budget RTE et par d'autres sources communautaires; dans certains cas, toutefois, des études de faisabilité financées par le budget RTE peuvent être suivies d'un soutien du FEDER et de la BEI, essentiellement pour le financement (partiel) des travaux de construction de l'investissement proprement dit.

The TENs Regulation does not in principle allow the same phase of a single project to be financed both by the TENs budget and from other Community sources but, in some cases, feasibility studies financed through the TENs budget may be followed by support from the Cohesion Fund and the EIB for the (part-) financing mainly of construction works of the actual investment.
Le règlement relatif aux RTE n'autorise pas «en principe» que la même phase d'un projet donné soit financée à la fois par le budget RTE et par une autre source communautaire. Toutefois, dans certains cas, des études de faisabilité financées par le budget RTE peuvent être soutenues par le Fonds de cohésion et la BEI, principalement sous la forme d'un financement (partiel) d'ouvrages de construction qui s'inscrivent dans le cadre de l'investissement réel.

Projects shall be selected according to the principles of equal treatment, transparency, independent evaluation, co-financing, no-profit, financing not cumulated with other Community sources, as well as the principle of non-retroactivity .The grant and payment of financing to participants in BONUS shall comply with common rules in line with the Seventh Framework Programme.
Les projets sont sélectionnés selon les principes d'égalité de traitement, de transparence, d'évaluation indépendante, de cofinancement, de non-profit, de financement non cumulé avec d'autres sources communautaires et de non-rétroactivité. Le financement est accordé et versé aux participants à BONUS suivant des règles communes, conformément aux dispositions du septième programme-cadre.

Calls for the Social Fund to be used to promote CSR in management training and for other employees, including support for certification procedures and for more socially responsible restructuring and for the Regional Fund to be made more accessible to companies wishing to pursue private investment opportunities in the most disadvantaged communities and regions, in particular promoting EU funding for "community development finance institutions' that specifically support local employment initiatives that otherwise find it hard to access finance from commercial bank sources;
