The Commission further requested the Greek Government to submit an annual report on the implementation of the plan to the Commission, at least four weeks before payment of each instalment of the capital increase (scheduled for January 1996 and January 1997), to enable the Commission to make comments, and to defer payment of these instalments by four weeks should the Commission pass on the report to an independent consultant.
