It is also an amendment that adheres to the broader reality of this whole bill, which seeks to make the management, the approach and the policy that will be adopted regarding young offenders, much more punitive and, in the end, to send them directly to the penitentiaries, to what can be called a school for crime.
Mais c'est aussi un amendement qui est collé à la réalité plus globale de ce projet de loi qui vise, effectivement, à faire de la gestion, de l'approche, de la politique qu'on adoptera face aux jeunes contrevenants une approche très punitive, une approche qui aura comme résultat, en bout de ligne, de les expédier rapidement vers les pénitenciers, vers ce qu'on peut appeler l'école du crime.
