So if we are to avoid this type of thing from happening in the future, I would simply ask that we make sure—and if this is done anyhow, so much the better, we will only reaffirm the way things are done in this motion—that we not offend the person whom we are contacting, and that to do so we contact the person in their official language, that is, in English or French.
