The food additives ‘Brilliant Black BN, Black PN’ (E 151) or ‘Carboxy methyl cellulose, Sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, Cellulose gum’ (E 466) and foods containing those food additives, labelled or placed on the market up to twenty four months after the entry into force of this Regulation and which do not comply with the requirements of this Regulation, may be marketed until the stocks are exhausted.
Les additifs alimentaires «Noir brillant BN, Noir PN» (E 151) ou «carboxyméthylcellulose de sodium, carboxyméthylcellulose, gomme de cellulose» (E 466), ainsi que les aliments contenant ces additifs, qui sont étiquetés ou mis sur le marché dans les vingt-quatre mois suivant l’entrée en vigueur du présent règlement et ne sont pas conformes aux exigences du présent règlement, peuvent être commercialisés jusqu’à épuisement des stocks.
