2. Member States may require every public sector body holding, in electronic format, by reason of its tasks elements of the minimum information referred to in paragraph 1 concerning the physical infrastructure of a network operator to make it available via the single information point by electronic means before 1 January 2017, and Member States shall require such public sector bodies to make it available, upon request, to undertakings providing or authorised to provide public communications networks, without prejudice to limitations pursuant to paragraph 1.

Les États membres peuvent exiger de tout organisme du secteur public détenant sous forme électronique, du fait de ses missions, des éléments des informations minimales visées au paragraphe 1 relatives aux infrastructures physiques d'un opérateur de réseau, qu'il les mette à disposition par l'intermédiaire du point d'information unique, par voie électronique, avant le 1er janvier 2017, et les États membres font obligation à ces organismes du secteur public de les rendre accessibles, sur simple demande, aux entreprises fournissant ou autorisées à fournir des réseaux de communications publics, sans préjudice des restrictions prévues en vertu du paragraphe 1.

The members of the supervisory or management boards and senior staff of the infrastructure manager, as well as employees thereof with access to confidential information, shall hold no interest in or receive any financial benefit, directly or indirectly, from any other legal entities within the vertically integrated undertaking.
