Will it explain why competition notices for the Community institutions are published in Italian daily newspapers in EN-FR-DE but, for some unknown reason, not in Italian, in flagrant breach of the principle of linguistic equality, non-discrimination, transparency, equality of access and of opportunity with respect to applying and to being informed in one's own national language about the publication of a notice of general competition?
