I want to explore with you, discuss with you, and learn from you if, and if so, how, Canada is proceeding to develop ongoing diplomatic relations with the interim government of Afghanistan, what that entails in determining the establishment of those kinds of relationships, and what that implies in terms of developing or creating our consular activities in Afghanistan.
