It may not fit the arm chair theories of academics and parties on the fringe but Canada works and it works the way we do it now (1630) Mr. Keith Martin (Esquimalt—Juan de Fuca, Canadian Alliance): Madam Speaker, it is a pleasure for me to weigh in on this issue because it gets to the heart of the single most important issue, challenge and problem affecting Canadians and this House.
