(1730 ) These people and many others, including colleagues at the provincial and territorial levels, have recognized that a new trading regime has to be established, one based on more open interprovincial trade, one that will not impede the movement of people and investment within the country and one that will give us a mechanism to allow for co-operative approaches to the resolution of domestic trade disputes.
