It's also for the protection of the guy who's buying your grain, so that he can say with all confidence to the next guy, “This is what I'm buying your grain for; this is where it is”. That's important for protection of producers, but also for protection of that grain buyer, that somebody can't say, “Well, no, he told me it was a two, and I have actually sent it away and it's a one”.
