On 11 May 2006 the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 and following a referral pursuant to Article 4(5) of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which the undertaking Degussa AG (‘Degussa’, Germany), acquires within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Council Regulation control over the Superabsorbent Polymer Business of The Dow Chemical Company (‘Dow SAP business’, USA) by way of purchase of assets.
Le 11 mai 2006, la Commission a reçu notification d'un projet de concentration, conformément à l'article 4 et à la suite d'un renvoi conformément à l'article 4 paragraphe 5 du règlement (CE) no 139/2004 du Conseil (1), par lequel l'entreprise Degussa AG («Degussa», Allemagne) acquiert, au sens de l'article 3, paragraphe 1, point b), du règlement du Conseil, le contrôle de l'activité Polymères Super Absorbants de l'entreprise The Dow Chemical Company («l'activité Dow PSA», États-Unis d'Amérique) par achat d'actifs.
