For each generating block concerned the amount of aid to be recovered should be computed on an annual basis according to the difference between the revenues obtained from the sale of energy to MVM under the PPAs (129) under the actual scenario and the amounts that would have been paid by MVM under the counterfactual scenario, as calculated in accordance with the principles outlined above.
Pour chacun des blocs de centrale concernés, il faut calculer, sur une base annuelle, le montant de l’aide à rembourser à partir de la différence entre la recette provenant de l’énergie vendue à MVM (129) dans le cadre des AAE et le montant que MVM aurait payé dans le scénario alternatif tel que découlant des principes développés ci-dessus.
