The seesaw on the international political scene has lead to a deterioration in people's living conditions, and a worsening of the economic and social exclusion of many segments of society, while at the same time contributing to what is clearly deepening insecurity, in the form of armed violence and increased impunity.
Les soubresauts de la scène politique internationale ont eu comme effet la dégradation des conditions de vie de la population, l'accentuation de l'exclusion économique et sociale de plusieurs franges de la société tout en contribuant à un accroissement patent de l'insécurité sous forme de violence armée et d'impunité accrue.
