10.02.2. Ship-borne lighters shall also comply with the following construction requirements: (a) The transverse watertight bulkheads referred to in 2.02.3 are not required if the bows are capable of withstanding an impact at least 2 75 times that required in the collision bulkhead of an inland waterway vessel of the same draught built to the specifications of a classification society approved by the Member State which has to issue the certificate.
10.02.2. Les barges de navire doivent, en outre, répondre aux prescriptions de construction suivantes: a) les cloisons transversales étanches visées au point 2.02.3 ne sont pas exigées si la face frontale est capable de supporter une charge au moins égale à 2,5 fois celle qui est prévue pour la cloison d'abordage d'un bateau de navigation intérieure d'un même tirant d'eau, construit conformément aux prescriptions d'une société de classification agréée par l'État membre qui doit délivrer le certificat;
