(a)between 1 and 1,25 % of the beneficiaries applying for the basic payment scheme or the single area payment scheme in accordance with Chapter 1 of Title III of Regulation (EU) No 1307/2013 shall be selected randomly from all beneficiaries applying for those schemes.►M1 Beneficiaries selected randomly in accordance with the first subparagraph of paragraph 3 of this Article may be considered as part of the control sample provided for in the first sentence of this point.
