E. whereas Turkey’s actions are taking place at a critical stage in the negotiating process, following the recent appointment of the new special adviser to the UN Secretary‑General, Espen Barth Eide, and a few days before the start of the new phase of substantive negotiations between Greek Cypriots and Turkish Cypriots;
E. considérant que ces mesures ont été prises par la Turquie à un stade critique du processus de négociation, à la suite de la désignation récente du nouveau conseiller spécial du Secrétaire général des Nations unies pour Chypre, Espen Barth Eide, et quelques jours avant le début de la nouvelle phase de négociations importantes entre les chypriotes grecs et les chypriotes turcs;
