TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Article 3 of Council Decision 2014/494/EU (2) specifies which parts of the Agreement are to be applied provisionally, including the provisions on the establishment and functioning of the Sanitary and Phytosanitary Sub-Committee (‘SPS Sub-Committee’), the Customs Sub-Committee, and the Geographical Indications Sub-Committee (‘GI Sub-Committee’).
L'article 3 de la décision 2014/494/UE du Conseil (2) précise quelles sont les parties de l'accord à appliquer à titre provisoire, parmi lesquelles les dispositions relatives à l'établissement et au fonctionnement du sous-comité sanitaire et phytosanitaire (ci-après dénommé «sous-comité SPS»), du sous-comité douanier et du sous-comité concernant les indications géographiques (ci-après dénommé «sous-comité IG»).

1. The position to be taken on behalf of the Union within the Sanitary and Phytosanitary Sub-Committee established by Article 65 of the Agreement, as regards the adoption of the Rules of Procedure of the SPS Sub-Committee shall be based on the draft Decision of that sub-committee attached to this Decision.
1. La position à prendre au nom de l'Union au sein du sous-comité sanitaire et phytosanitaire institué par l'article 65 de l'accord en ce qui concerne l'adoption du règlement intérieur du sous-comité SPS est fondée sur le projet de décision dudit sous-comité joint à la présente décision.

2. The Secretariat of the SPS Sub-Committee shall ensure that correspondence addressed to the SPS Sub-Committee is forwarded to the Chair of the SPS Sub-Committee and circulated, where appropriate, as documents referred to in Article 7.

It includes all provisions agreed in the FTA, and adds a number of new areas, such as: movement of workers, establishment, supply of services, payments, capital movements, investment promotion, science, education, energy, environment, financial services, customs, prevention of illegal activities and others. The bodies which will deal with the implementation of the EA are the following: - the Association Council which meets at the level of ministers, - the Association Committee which meet at senior civil servant level and deals with the concrete implementation of the various provisions of the EA. - sub-committees and working groups are further foreseen in order to assist the Association Committee with regard to specific areas. - a Parliamentary Committee which will consist of members of the Estonian Parliament and the European Parliament.
Il comprend toutes les dispositions prévues dans l'accord de libre-échange auxquelles il ajoute un certain nombre de nouveaux domaines tels que: la circulation des travailleurs, l'établissement, la prestation de services, les paiements courants et la circulation des capitaux, la promotion des investissements, la science, l'éducation, l'énergie, l'environnement, les services financiers, les douanes, la prévention des activités illégales etc.Les organismes qui seront chargés de la mise en oeuvre de l'accord européen sont les suivants: - le conseil d'association, qui se réunit au niveau ministériel, - le comité d'association, qui se réunit au niveau des hauts fonctionnaires et qui est chargé de l'exécution concrète des différentes dispositions de l'accord européen; - des sous-comités et des groupes de travail sont également prévus pour assister le comité d'association dans des domaines particuliers; - une commission parlementaire qui sera composée de membres du parlement estonien et du Parlement européen.

The organs entrusted with the implementation of the Agreement are the following : - the Association Council which meets at ministerial level and supervises the implementation of the Agreement; - the Association Committee which meets at senior civil servant level and deals with the concrete implementation of the various provisions of the Europe Agreement; - the nine Sub-Committees and Working Groups that assist the Association Committee in the implementation of the Agreement with regard to specific areas; - the Joint Parliamentary Committee which consists of members of the European and Hungarian Parliaments.
