37 (1) If the Governor in Council is of the op
inion that lands in Yukon are required temporarily or otherwise for the construction, maintenance or operation of the pipeline including, without limiting the generality of the foregoing,
lands required for camps, roads and other related works, the Governor in Council may, by order, after consultation with the member of the Executive Council of Yukon who is responsible for the lands, take the administration
...[+++] and control of them from the Commissioner and transfer the administration of those lands to the Minister.
37 (1) Le gouverneur en conseil peut, par décret pris après consultation du membre du Conseil exécutif du Yukon responsable des terres visées, reprendre au commissaire la gestion et la maîtrise de terres au Yukon pour en confier la gestion au ministre, s’il estime que celles-ci sont nécessaires, à titre temporaire ou autre, à la construction, à l’entretien ou à l’exploitation du pipe-line, notamment les terres nécessaires aux campements, aux routes et aux autres ouvrages connexes.
