Following on that question, I should like to know what, if any, disciplinary actions or sanctions have been taken against those in the RCMP and the Department of Justice who, acting in an official capacity, informed a foreign government that a former Prime Minister and two other Canadians had engaged in criminal activity, when they knew at the time what was finally admitted 14 months later, and then only on the eve of a lawsuit which, had it been allowed to proceed, would have exposed this government's perverted understanding of the presumption of innocence, namely that the RCMP and the Department of Justice never had a shred of evidence on which to base their letter?
Dans le même ordre d'idées, je voudrais savoir si des mesures ou des sanctions disciplinaires ont été prises contre les membres de la GRC et les fonctionnaires du ministère de la Justice qui, dans l'exercice de leurs fonctions, ont informé un gouvernement étranger qu'un ancien premier ministre et deux autres Canadiens s'étaient livrés à des activités criminelles, même si on savait à l'époque ce qui a été reconnu 14 mois plus tard, à la veille de poursuites judiciaires? Si cette cause avait été entendue, on aurait vu au grand jour l'étrange interprétation que le gouvernement fait de la présomption d'innocence, la GRC et le ministère de la Justice n'ayant jamais eu en main le moindre élément de preuve pour justifier l'envoi de cette lettre.

It is obvious that the judge would not authorize an application where there are six different reports stating that the individual is manipulative, that his conversion is very recent and that he only admitted his crime six months ago, because he is now 14 years and 6 months into his sentence.
C'est bien certain qu'un juge n'allait pas autoriser une demande dans la mesure où il y a six rapports qui nous disent que l'individu est manipulateur, que sa conversion est tout à fait récente, qu'il a avoué son crime depuis six mois parce qu'on est rendu à 14 ans et 6 mois.
