Prior to dealing with this motion, I would suggest that in view of the fact that we did hear from the Minister of Public Works and Government Services that Alexis Nihon had in fact complied with the contract and fully delivered on time and in accordance with the deal, we don't seem to have any evidence that Alexis Nihon itself is in violation.
Avant de traiter cette motion, je voudrais rappeler aux membres qu'étant donné que le ministre des Travaux publics et Services gouvernementaux nous a déjà indiqué que la société de placement immobilier Alexis Nihon avait en fait respecté les conditions de son contrat et assurait tous les services prévus à temps et conformément à l'entente, nous n'avons en réalité aucune preuve que cette dernière ait enfreint la loi.
