Calls, therefore, on the Government to address these issues systematically by amending legislation and by ensuring its proper implementation at all levels of government, including the municipalities; points too, in this context, to the recommendations adopted by the Venice Commission in spring 2010 concerning the legal personality of religious communities and the ecclesiastical title ‘Ecumenical’ of the Orthodox Patriarchate; welcomes the recent decision by the ‘Foundations Assembly’ to transfer the Büyükada Greek Orphanage for Boys to the Ecumenical Patriarchate, in accordance with the ruling of the European Court of Human Rights, and the granting of Turkish citizenship to several Greek Orthodox clergy in order to facilitate the Patriarchate and the Holy Synod; welcomes the religious ceremony in the Sümela Monastery Museum in Trabzon and the ceremony in the church on Akdamar Island in the province of Van; finds the Turkish Supreme Court decision against Mor Gabriel Monastery, concerning a land dispute with villages and the Turkish Treasury, to be regrettable; restates its expectation that the Government’s announcements about the reopening of the Halki Greek Orthodox seminary will soon be followed by action and by measures providing for the unhindered training of Christian communities’ clergy; urges the Government to pay special attention to educational materials in schools, which should reflect the religious plurality of Turkish society, and to the need for unbiaised learning materials;

In the year in which a vacancy occurs in the Holy See, in a Jubilee Year or in the year of the opening of an Ecumenical Council, it could issue additional coins to the value of EUR 201 000.
En cas de vacance du Siège, pour une année jubilaire ou pour une année œcuménique, le Vatican peut frapper des pièces supplémentaires pour une valeur de 201 000 euros.

(4) The earlier Monetary Convention also allowed the Vatican City State to mint additional lira coins for a total of ITL 300 million and, subject to a maximum number of 30 million coins, under three special circumstances, namely, in the year when the Holy See becomes vacant, in each Jubilee Year and in the year of the opening of an Ecumenical Council.
(4) La convention monétaire précédente autorisait également l'État de la Cité du Vatican à frapper des pièces en lires pour un montant supplémentaire maximal de 300 millions de lires italiennes par an pour une quantité ne dépassant pas 30 millions de pièces, dans trois situations particulières, à savoir l'année de vacance du Saint-Siège, chaque année jubilaire et l'année d'ouverture d'un concile oecuménique.

(2) Under the Monetary Convention, the Vatican City State was also entitled to issue euro coins for a maximum annual face value of EUR 670000 and, for additional amounts of EUR 201000, under three special circumstances, namely in the year when the Holy See becomes vacant, in each Jubilee Year and in the year of the opening of an Ecumenical Council.
(2) L'État de la Cité du Vatican est également autorisé par la convention monétaire à émettre des pièces en euros pour une valeur nominale maximale de 670000 euros par an et une quantité supplémentaire de pièces d'une valeur nominale de 201000 euros dans trois situations particulières, à savoir l'année de vacance du Saint-Siège, chaque année jubilaire et l'année d'ouverture d'un concile oecuménique.

This interfaith meeting on “The Peace of God in the World. Towards peaceful co-existence and collaboration between Religions” will be held under the auspices of His All Holiness the Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew and the Group of Policy Advisers of the European Commission.
