When the institution proposes to finance the acquisition through a loan, the financing plan to be submitted, together with the request for prior approval by the institution concerned, shall specify in particular, the maximum level of financing, the financing period, the type of financing, the financing conditions and savings compared to other types of contractual arrangements.
Lorsque l'institution propose de financer l'acquisition par un prêt, le plan de financement que l'institution concernée soumet avec sa demande d'autorisation préalable précise notamment le montant maximal du financement, la période de financement, le type de financement, les conditions de financement et les économies par rapport à d'autres types de dispositions contractuelles.
