Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. Other diagnoses should be coded when other psychoactive substances have been taken in intoxicating amounts (common fourth character .0) or to the extent of causing harm (common fourth character .1), dependence (common fourth character .2) or other disorders (common fourth character .3-.9). Definition: This category differs from others in that it includes disorders identifiable on the basis of not only symptoms and course but also the existence of one or other of two causative influences: an exceptionally stressful life event producing an acute stress reaction, or a significant life change leading to continued unpleasant circumstances that result in an adjustment disorder. WHEREAS, by agreement made May 20, 1914, between certain chiefs of the Stoney Indian Band and the Original Licensee, it was agreed that the Original Licensee should pay, through the Department of Indian Affairs, to the Stoney Indian Band the sum of $16,500 in settlement for all claims for damages or otherwise which the Stoney Indian Band had against the Original Licensee for about 95 acres of land, an easement for poles, gravel, and the rental of the water-power at Kananaskis Falls until January 1, 1919, being at the rate of $1,500 per annum, and it was also agreed that the annual rental after January 1, 1919 should be $1,500 payable in advance during the currency of the lease; which sum was duly paid and which rental was also paid by the Original Licensee from January 1, 1919;

The most significant features of the Amendment, which is due to be ratified by the Community and the Member States before June 1994, relate to: - HCFCs (hydrochlorofluorocarbons), for which the Amendment sets a consumption limit, as from 1 January 1996, of 3,1% of the calculated level of consumption of CFCs and HCFCs in 1989, and a timescale for phasing down from -35% on 1 January 2004 to total elimination on 1 January 2030; - methyl bromide, which the Amendment aims to freeze at 1991 production and consumption levels on 1 January 1995; it also provides for the possibility of a decision, on the basis of a full scientific analysis, on a 25% reduction by the year 2000 and on a schedule for phasing out; - HBFCs (hydrobromofluorocarbons), which the Amendment aims to eliminate by 1 January 1996.
Les dispositions les plus importantes de l'amendement, dont la ratification par la Communauté et les Etats membres interviendra avant juin 1994, concernent: - les HCFCs (hydrochlorofluorocarbones), pour lesquels l'amendement prévoit un plafond à la consommation à partir du 1er janvier 1996 de 3,1% du niveau calculé de consommation de CFCs et HCFCs en 1989, et un calendrier de réduction par étapes allant de -35% au 1er janvier 2004 à l'élimination au 1er janvier 2030; - le bromure de méthyle, pour lequel l'amendement prévoit un plafond de la production et de la consommation aux niveaux de 1991 pour le 1er janvier 1995, ainsi qu'une éventuelle décision en vue d'une réduction de 25% pour l'année 2000 et d'un calendrier pour l'élimination, à prendre sur la base d'une évaluation scientifique approfondie; - les HBFCs (hydrobromofluorocarbones), pour lesquels l'amendement prévoit l'élimination au 1er janvier 1996.
